Please note:
If no water/sewer bill is received by the end of the month following each normal quarter (end of April, end of July, end of Oct, and end of Jan), please call the Village Clerk’s office at 607-962-4605.
Here are some common reasons that water/sewer usage may be high:
- Filling a swimming pool
- Watering garden or lawn
- Toilet running
- Dripping faucet
- Water conditioner that backflushes continuously
If your water is discolored brown, please run the cold water for 5-10 minutes. If it doesn’t clear, please call the DPW at 607-962-8724.
